Hello,

We need your project .vep file to check it, please attach the file in zip archive. Also, please attach screenshot of mpeg file properties (right click on the file in Media Library>Properties), specify to which format you save your video file and which output settings you select.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards.

Here is the thing. I already produced a video off the mpeg, but using a previus version of the video editor. Once I installed the latest one. It now can produce movies.

Also, please specify your PC configuration - Operating System, CPU, Ram.

ATTENTION!

I just want to point out to users and potential users that when the admin says "your problem has been addressed in the support system," that does NOT mean that the problem is or will be resolved.

After I heard that, it still took over a week of trial and error until I finally gave up. The only "solutions" offered to me was to remake my entire video with .jpegs instead of .bmps, and to change which video line I used. Maybe those would have worked, even after cleaning my registry, uninstalling and reinstalling my software, and trying everything else mentioned on this forum didn't, but it meant starting from the beginning again, and there was no way I was going to start a new video with AVS after all the problems it and its support staff gave me.

So, I made my video with Windows Movie Maker instead and it came out twice as good in about 1/4 of the time. I can't recommend highly enough using any program other than AVS Video Editor!

So if you're thinking about using this program, or if you see no solution to your problem in sight, switch over to something else sooner rather than later. And good luck!

Dear Ben,

Thank you for your feedback.

We sincerely regret not being able to help you any faster, but the problem you encounted had not been detected before you sent us your BMP files.

The problem is now at our development team and we'll do our best to find out the solution as soon as possible.

We really sorry to lose such an advanced AVS4YOU user.

Kind regards

My editor isn't even start rendering...I just see the time ticking but nothing happens. when i end the converter via TaskManager (nothing else works) i get this error code.

I already tried everthing that is mentioned here: RegCleaner, updating, re-installation, repair funktion, chaning the formats.

Is there any solution that is working for this problem or do i have to start over with a new program?

Dear User,

Do you get the same problem with all your projects, or only this one?

Please specify what files are used in the project you are trying to create, what effects, overlays, objects, text, other corrections are made.

While reinstalling the software, have you tried this utility to remove all traces of AVS4YOU software? If not please try to.

Do you get any problem .dll (marked red) when repairing? If so please specify which ones.

Attach PC configurations of your system: go Start - right click on My Computer - Properties tab - make a screenshot and send it to us.

Thank you for your help and understanding.

Kind regards
