Let me start by first say how impressed I am with the way support for this product has been. I figured I would not receive a reply, or more say a run around response after a few days of badgering over the issue. That wasn't the case. I received a response, and might I say the appropriate response within 2 hours of submitting my initial request. I have never experienced that level of support for any IT related issue including within the company I work for. My hat goes off to you for taking care of your customers in such a professional and caring manner. Thank you,
Now back to the issue. The solution and files you provided seem to work. I say seemed to work because I only tried it on 1 movie so far. I'll provide additonal information once I've had a chance to run through a few more videos. Thank you,
