C:\Documents and Settings\[User]\Application Data\AVS4YOU\AVSVideoBurner ... but I can't figure out how to get there. |
1. Follow to Disc C: on your computer and open Documents and Settings folder.
2. Click the folder with the name of the user who is administrator on this PC.
3. Make sure all the folders are shown. Click on Tools > Folder Options in main menu. Then in Folder Options > View enable the option "Show hidden files and folders".
4. Then follow to Application Data folder > AVS4YOU > AVSVideoBurner > logs.
5. You will see a couple of files in this folder - these are files that we need in order to analyse the problem. Please attach them here.
