Hello,

Please provide additional information about the issue:
- specify the format of the file you are trying to convert and its origin
- specify to which format you convert and which presets you select
- attach a screenshot of your PC configuration: right-click My Computer, choose Properties, make a screenshot of the General tab

If you use HD files please make sure they all were cached while importing to the Timeline.

Best regards.

Hello,

Please accept our apologies for the delay. There were technical problems on our server. I can assure you we will do our best to solve the problem.

As far as I can see in support thread you have now problems even starting AVS Video Editor. Have you found Media Library.vec file in (C:) > Users > [your user name] > AppData > Roaming > AVS4YOU > AVSVideoEditor > Data folder?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards.

Yes, I found the file some time ago and deleted it and then re-installed AVS Video Editor. I can get it to launch after about 20 minutes. And then sometimes it crashes, other times it just won't save the project. I think the 6.0 release is just bad overall. I didn't have any of these issues until the "upgrade"! By the way when it crashes it FREEZES MY ENTIRE SYSTEM. Even my task manager won't work when AVS VE freezes.

Please provide some NEW remedies. Thank you.

System information: SYSTEM: Dell Inspiron 500GB Harddrive (315 GB free), running Windows 7, 64 bit with 4 GB of RAM.

The other problem that I have is that it currently takes 15-20 minutes to launch and often times, it freezes my entire system during the launch process

What is the model your video card? Try also disabling Intel Media video codec in AVS Video Editor>Processing>Codecs>Intel Media>Disable.
