Hi
I have som problems with this program. I have some .MTS videofiles that I want to merge. The Total time for those movies is 2 hours and 16 minutes, but when I start converting, then first off all it takes about 5 hour, and then when the remaining time is 1 hour or something then it comes "conversion completed", but The converted movie is only 1 hour and some minutes long, the remaining part isnt there.

I am uploading some screen shots you can see.

I have also problems with the youtube uploader, when i try to uploud a group of movies, then the program crash.

Waiting for your help

Sorry for the delay! We have done some testing on .mts files and there seem to be no problems during conversion.

Therefore please could you provide us with some additional information:

1. Make sure all the files imported into the program have been uploaded. Try to preview them one by one. Are all of the files played correctly in the program?
2. Specify the size of your input files.
3. Specify the size of the output file.
4. Make sure the hard disc you have saved the output file to has enough memory. Also check up the file system of this disc (right-click it, open Properties and check up File System). In case this is FAT32, note that there is a 4 Gb restriction for creating new files.
5. Please also specify the OS of your computer (XP or Vista, system pack, 32- or 64-bit) and attach your PC configuration. You can use AVS System Info to generate a report. Please attach the report here.

Hope to hear from you soon

Thats ok:)

1: I have played them one by one in a program that playes mts files. But in Avs converter when i click on edit to watch the movie, then i cant watch one by one, but all the files has been joined as one big file on 2 hours and 16 minutes. And the movie is working there.
2: the total size of the 9 input files are 14,7 gb
3: I am not sure now because i have deleted the files, but one time i converted it, it was about 5 gb or something, but still just 1 hour and 13 minutes, the rest of the movie isnt there.
4: I have enough space and I use NTFS formatting.
5: I have a Windows Xp 32 bit, Media center, version 2002, service pack 3

I have a report here.

Thanks for your help

Our testing team has done some testing on a number of MTS files with the total size more than 4 Gb and found a bug. :-(
Probably it will be corrected in the next version of the program. For the moment, however, please convert a lesser number of MTS files (less than 4 Gb in total).

Sorry for the inconveniences caused.

Regards

Most likely in June, however, delays might happen and, unfortunately, I cannot tell you the deadline more or less exactly.

There is a temporary solution offered in this thread. You can use it in order to avoid the problem.

Best regards
