OK tried to convert quicktime mpeg-4 to avi without success; it crashes all the time.
the length of the program is over 3 hours. It did not crash when I converted it to an mpeg2.
65536 error
did the repair thing from the start program but no luck.

Please make sure you use the latest version of AVS Video Converter 8.0:
http://download.avs4you.net/distributives/AVSVideoConverter.exe

Specify which presets you select for conversion to AVI.

selected AVI in the tabs above
selected an output path
clicked convert now

I expersienced crashes of AVS Converter 8 actual version when I try to convert TS files larger than 3GB
There was a solution in 2009 but it was not published, or I just cant find it.

Can you help me with this please?

Dear user,

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website:
http://avs4you.com/downloads.aspx
Now install the software on your PC anew.

If it does not solve the issue please contact us again and send us the screenshot of your PC configuration:

Windows 7, 8, Vista: right click on My computer > Properties

Windows XP: right click My computer > Properties > General
