The first crash, I was able to get all of the videos imported. I then began the build process. The build process dumped me out somewhere around 96% complete. Crash resulted in program corruption message.

Performed uninstall reinstall steps and began to import the same videos into the DVD authoring program.

The second attempt after program install, program corruption error message occurs during the import of video files. The crash can happen at the first video file or the 20th video file. Files are anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes in length. The file format is canon HD video .m2ts.

Most likely, this problem will go away with the new update of AVS DVD Authoring which will become available soon. For the moment, please could you also specify whether you get the same error when you import files of another format into the program, for ex. AVI, MPEG?

Thank you

I will attempt to import other file formats.

Can you please be more specific in regards to the next release of the DVD authoring program. For example, any time frame estimates? As a fully licensed user, I can not use the DVD authoring program. I have followed all of your suggested advice and still come up with a serious program short-comming. Is there actually anything that you can suggest other than reinstalling the software or just waiting?

How do I go about getting a refund. This has been a tremendous waste of my time.

Again, can you be more specific on the time frame for the next release?

Also, specifically, what are you refering to in the Support. There does not appear to be any mention of the corruption message.

Unfortunately, I cannot tell you the exact time frame, it might take a week or a couple of weeks till the update becomes available on our website.

I am referring to the exact problem reported (integration of the program structure corrupted error). Please once again read carefully the information provided to you privatly on the support page.

Please change video adapters color system settings.
Right click on the desktop>>properties>>settings
Change Color Quality to 32-bit
It will resolve the problem.

You state that AVS doesn't work with Windows 7 - however, I'm not on Windows 7 and I'm getting the same error. If the software doesn't work with Vista - please let me know so I can request a refund.

So is there a solution to this problem? I have uninstalled and re-installed and also tried to removed the entries form the registry and installed again, but still get an error of corruption when I try to open a project file I was working on, which used to work fine before.

Can I have an answer ASAP pls?

Thanks
