It was happening to me with version 7.3 then I upgrade to version 8.1 and there is no change.
What can b.e done to fix this ?
I paid good money for this software and this is really frustrating and preventing me from getting some valuable work done so I would appreciate a fix asap

I had issues with capturing a video within facebook. There were significant issues with audio and video not matching. I experiment quite a bit. Found the same issue with both firefox and ie. Using Windows 10 by the way. Tried the same type of experiment via youtube and the audio and video matched perfectly. Telling you this because I know there are reports of previous issues of this type and thought this information might be helpful.
