OK, I'm on my 2nd beer now. Got everything down, findable, and opening fairly good.

Now, getting the audio converter to work. I can get MS to play a FLAC file, but no matter how many ways I try, when I put the v (down arrow, or the whole icon for "adding a file") absolutely nothing happens. It will not accept, and convert, a FLAC file to an MP3.

I'm going to go get another beer.

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it.

2. Download the latest versions of the programs from our website.

Now install the software on your PC anew.

If it does not solve the issue, please contact us again and reattach the flac. file.
