Hello,

Please run Start>All Programs>AVS4YOU>Repair and inform us whether all dll's were loaded successfully or not. Please attach the screenshot if the dll's which were not loaded.

Hi, I have ISO recognition problem too. I have 22GB ISO created from blue ray movie with DVDFab. AVS will not see it when i browse source to its location, and if io drag and drop it to input file window, it shows "File Format Error"

any ideas?

Hello,

Just to clear up:

Which program do you use to open ISO file? Is it AVS Disc Creator? Please note that iso format is not supported officially by other AVS programs.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards.

Unfortunately, iso format is not supported by AVS Video Converter.
The only workaround I can recommend is to burn this iso image to disc with AVS Disc Creator and then the movie from disc with AVS Video Converter.

Regards.
