After downloading the audio converter to an external hard drive, I have had problems opening the program anyplace other than the computer I used to download it from. I got the converter to change the format of the files I bought on my iPhone. Any suggestions?

What exact problem do you have opening AVS Audio Converter? Cannot it start or a error appears? Do you run setup file of downloaded program or already installed program? Having this information we will be able to assist you.
