I want to convert a .tif file, but it won't upload. The error message is attached.

Could you specify which program you are using to convert the file.
Also please attach this exact image you fail to load to your message.

Could you zip and re-attach the image, as it cannot be opened this way for some reason.

Hi I am importing TIFF files into AVS image converter but they are blurry, seems to me the full file is not uploading. So my converted images are blurry too. Whats the fix?
