When trying to open the index.bdmv file from The Hangover (AnyDVD HD) I am getting an error message: Range Check Error! and it dies.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Steve

Make sure you are using the latest version of AVS Video Converter. If yes, but you still get the error when trying to import index.bdmv from BDMV folder, we'd need some files your disc contains for testing. I'll submit the instruction on the support page.

Also you can try importing the largest .m2ts file from your disc into the program for conversion.

I have tried to upload the files according to the email I received, but it looks like your ftp site is full.

We'd appreciate if you tried uploading the files once again. Now there should not be any problems.

We have tested your files, but the problem was not reproduced at once. Could you please send us 00011.m2ts from the STREAM folder (if possible, the whole file). This way, we hope, the error will be reproduced.

Thank you in advance

I have uploaded the entire 00011.m2ts file to your FTP site under a directory named Steve_Cersosimo.

Thank you
