Switching from mcaffee to avs firewall is an incredible boost on the performance! I never reliized what a drag on the system mcafee was, and how many internet browser crashes and system freezes that was caused by it. It wasn't easy to uninstall, but it was soo worth it.

but what i forgot to say is that i like avs firewall a lot. It is as simple and intuitive as a firewall should be, while it is fast and not acting like bottleneck on the data streams.
