I just wanted to try this out before activating the software.

I put a couple HD clips together and one picture. Used a couple transitions between each clip just to check out how it worked. I downloaded the video to my computer and then from there I posted it on facebook.com. The video plays really choppy. Audio flows good but the video has a slight constant twitch to it.

Is this something in the un activated version or is it a problem I will have with the activated version also?

The clips I am using are M-PEG4

Processor - Intel Core2 DUO Cpu T7100 1.80ghz

Memory 1.00gb
I dont know what other info might help, Im not the most computer literate person

THanks for any help

First make sure you are using the latest version of the program (4.2.1.166).

The non-activated version has no feature limitations, so let's try to sort this problem out. Please import only one of your HD files into the program, add it onto the timeline and save (convert) the file. Is the output video choppy? If yes, we'd need the original MPEG file for testing. Please write back and I'll send you the upload instruction on the support page.

BTW, does it get choppy no matter to which format you convert this file?

Hope to hear from you soon

I wanna purchase this software but not if its choppy. Seems very easy to work with.

Thanks for any help

Have you tried to play the converted file using various players? Is it choppy anyway?
I will send you the upload instruction on the support page.

Best regards

I got your email about uploading the video file so you could take a look at it and I couldnt figure it out. I followed the instructions and logged into the server but it gave me no place to paste the file.

Thanks for any help you can give me I really wanna purchase this software if I can get rid of the choppy playback
