Sorry to disturb you all but I faced an issue before few minutes which is:
While I trying to convert:
dvr-ms
to:
wmv

The error message appears which is:
"Can not create file. Probably your output file has a read-only attribute, or it is occupied with another application, or you used an invalid name for your file,, etc"

How To fix this issue please?

However,
When I tried to convert dvr-ms to mpg, it worked fine !

I'm using:
AVS Video Converter v6.2

To: OmaniMan

Please try converting your file with the new version of AVS Video Converter (6.3.1.367). Here is the link.

Thanks a lot for your quick response. I downloaded and tested and still have same issue.

I think I knew why it happened?
actually I installed Windows Live Movie Maker 14 hence this software reserved the convertion from dvr-ms to wmv that why the error message said " ..... or occupied by another application ... etc " ..

What do you think ?

Please close all the other applications running parallel to AVS Video Converter.
Try saving the output file to another directory, make sure you have administrative permissions to access this path.
If this does not help, please attach a screenshot of the program interface showing the output directory and the error message.
