We would like to inform you, that according to
AVS4YOU support system there was not answer from you to the reinstall instruction until 6/25/2024. Please also note, that to reinstall the application is the first basic step to make sure you use the current version of the software and everything installed correctly.
Please make sure you followed the first step. Also try to disable Intel Media Decoder (Settings > Acceleration > Type > Disabled) restart the program and reconvert the original file.
