Hi,

I have recently recorded many files with my new Sony Alpha 6700. My computer can perfectly play the files with VLC but I am unable to import them into AVS.

The files have the following specifications:
- .MP4 Format
- Video
3840 x 2160
46541 kBit/s
50 pictures/second
- Audio
1535 kBit/s
2 Stereo

In the Sony Alpha I chose
File Format: XAVC HS 4K
Record Setting: 45M 4:2:0 10bit

Does anyone have an idea how I can import these files without shrinking the quality before?

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it.

2. Download the latest versions of the programs from our website.

Now install the software on your PC anew.

If it does not solve the issue please contact us again.
