When I clock on the AVS Logo, it does not load. I can just see the software stuck on the side after its logo would appear at the center of the screen.

It will just turn like a white rectangle on the side

I need help. I did some troubleshooting from uninstall, reinstall, running the software as an administrator, turning off all my anti-viruses.

I seriously need help on how to troubleshoot this.
