Hi so I just made a new project using this software it's just a bunch of still images and credits at the end, now I'll try to encode it into a Samsung 4K ultra HD profile MP4 the video is almost 3 hours long so it said it requires 6 hours to encode so I left it encoding when I come back to my computer I found out the software had exited and is nowhere to be seen. I'm left with a temp file and a .MP4 file both which are 0 bytes in the output folder????? What's wrong why did the program exit? I'm using windows 10, I7 3770k processor, Geforce GTX 1060 6gb, and 32gb DDR3 1600 Ram.

It's a shame but I think this company is dead and no longer supporting their software, like their support tean have since disbanded.


A pity they are still selling these software when they should just discontinue it fully.

To avoid the problem please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it.

2. Download the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website.

Now install the software on your PC anew.
