MY REPLY TO HELP DESK LONG LISTS OF MESSAGES - OVER 2 MONTHS of not helpful help.

OK, one last time.

Downloaded the newest updates from Norton. Installed.

Downloaded the latest clean AVS program and ran it.

Downloaded the latest AVSInstall Pack and ran it.

SAME PROBLEM. . . Installation process hangs.

I have a fast system and SSD Drives. . . (fast)

It looks like there are way too many AVS installation processes running and they are hanging each other. But what do I know . . .

Can you pass this program to the next level help desk?

If all you have to offer is the same standard "try this list". . . Really?

I'm getting a little tired of the canned replies.

Sorry but I payed money, needed to convert some files and after months and months this is not being resolved!

Thank you for the information.

Can you download and install AVS4YOU software separately, not from the pack?

Please try to do the following: download AVSVideoConverter.exe file and save it to your hardrive disk C.

Then go Start - Run (or Windows +R) and paste "C:\AVSVideoConverter.exe /LOG="C:\AVSVideoConverter-setup.log" into the Open filed - press Enter button. After that try to install AVS Video Converter using the Setup wizard.

C:\AVSVideoConverter-setup.log file will be created that contains the description of the issue.
Please attach it to your next message.
