Is there any way I can add arrows to a section of the video I froze? I can add a line, but not an arrow.

You can create visualization of arrow on the freeze frames in three ways:
1) by using video effects Polyline or Poligon;
2) by using video effect Image with 32-bit PNG image (with arrow and transparent background);
3) by placing 32-bit PNG image (with arrow and transparent background) on the line for video overlays.

Thanks Roman. Using a png image of an arrow works best for me. I have added it as a text object and using it that way

i Did the same , i create visualization of arrow on the freeze frames by using video effect Image with 32-bit PNG image (with arrow and transparent background) or 32-bit PNG image (with arrow and transparent background) on the line for video overlays.
