Using Video Editor on Windows 10 and cannot get the text editor dialog to allow editing of text. I have changed the compatibility to Windows XP, 8 and none and still no joy. When the text window did appear the playback was not possible once back on the timeline screen. Any help appreciated.

Please, reproduce this problem and make screenshots of the main window and the Text window and send them to us. Also, please, make screenshots of the windows:
- Control Panel -> Region -> 'Formats' tab
- Control Panel -> Region -> Formats -> 'Additional settings...' -> Customize Format -> 'Numbers' tab.
