When trying to copy a Blu-Ray disc with Disc Creator 5.2, I get through the first part where the original disc gets copied. Then when I take out the original disc and insert the new BD 25Gig 6X disc, I get "Error 59." I've tried rebooting and doing the whole process about 4 times with the same results.
I used Windows 8.1 with plenty of everything. I was able to create and burn a blu ray using AVS video editor with no problem. I just cant seem to copy a blu-ray.
Thanks for any help!

Dear user,

Please follow the recommendations:

1. See whether the DMA mode is enabled for the used drive. See the Help file on how to find out the current DMA mode status.

2. If such a problem appears with the same disc or with the discs from the same lot, you should try and use a different disc for the recording. To assure the compatibility with the different drives, it is recommended to use low-speed discs from known manufacturers.

Inform about the result please.

Kind regards

Windows 8.1 doesn't have a DMA mode. It's always on. Yes, I've tried different discs. Please remember that I said in my initial post that I can make a Blu-Ray just fine with AVS. I just can't copy a Blu Ray disc without getting that error.
Thanks

Dear user,

Thank you for the information.

Please repair AVS files:

2. Copy the following link to the address bar of My computer window and press <Enter>:

If you run 32bit PC: %COMMONPROGRAMFILES%\AVSMedia\ActiveX\Repairing.exe
If you run 64bit PC: %COMMONPROGRAMFILES(x86)%\AVSMedia\ActiveX\Repairing.exe

If some of the .dlls are not registered, please make a screenshot of the Repair window showing those files and send it to us.
