Greetings from Alabama! Earlier this evening, I submitted a request for help with a technical issue related to Image Converter, and while waiting for a solution, I logged into this forum to search for answers that may have already been provided. This is my first time, due to the fact that I have never experienced any problems with the AVS4YOU software. While I am not certain, I believe that the end of my second year of paid subscription will be expiring in mid-November. I will be very grateful for any discount offers which may be available that will enable me to continue with my subscriptions. Thank You!

I am setting up a new system. I was told that, even though I wiped and recycled the old system, I have to repurchase AVS. Is there any discount since I am not actually adding another computer, but replacing one?
