Earlier this evening, I submitted a request for help with a technical issue related to Image Converter, and while waiting for a solution, I logged into this forum to search for answers that may have already been provided. This is my first time, due to the fact that I have never experienced any problems with the AVS4YOU software. While I am not certain, I believe that the end of my second year of paid subscription will be expiring in mid-November.
