Hi all,

I tried to send this problem to support but there seems to be server issues.
I have many files of differing formats and I want to play on my dvd player.Ive used vid converter 6 and it converted my avi to dvd fine.Except when I play it on the dvd player its in black and white. It plays in colour from my pc though when I tested it.
Any ideas ?

I see from your help guide that frame and aspect etc may differ and so a change may be required. But all things remain equal in this instance 4:3 ratio input and output 29.7 frames per sec.I will test it on another dvd player just in case.

It seems to me, that your dvd player supports PAL standard, while you convert into NTSC standard. So, please try to reconvert your files into DVD PAL (see the attachment).

Aspect ratio and frame rate has nothing to do with black/white issue.

Best Regards
