I am trying to add another MP3 song to the audio mix line. However the whole song will not show. It gets cut off half-way through, and the blue pointer stops there so it will not allow the whole song to play. It should go right to the end of the video.
Please I need an answer A.S.A.P from someone as to how to fix this.
I have to produce this for my Mom & Dad's anniversary that is taking place in 4 days.
Can someone help me?
Thanks!!

Glenn Miller - In The Mood goes last...I want to trim the song to the end of the video since the song is a little longer than the video.
So firstly I want There is love first, then Secret Garden - Thank you second, then Glenn Miller - In The Mood last in the project.

Many thanks for your help!!

Hello,

Thank you for uploading the songs. We have tested the files and haven't managed to reproduce the issue. All songs imported on the timelne one after another playback correctly and fully on Preview in AVS Video Editor.
Please try reimporting the songs in the Media Library in AVS Video Editor and then placing them on the timeline.
If this doesn't help, and the songs still do not import in full length, please completely uninstall AVS4YOU software from your PC. Instructions below:

1. Go Start > All Programs > AVS4YOU > Uninstall. Please make sure to click the "Check All" button.

2. Follow this link and download the utility that will automatically remove all AVS software components from your PC. Save the utility on your computer and launch it. It is highly recommended to leave the default option "Delete license key-files" checked.

3. Download the latest versions of the necessary programs from our website:
http://avs4you.com/downloads.aspx
Now install the software on your PC anew.

PLease use the Split button to cut off the unnecessary part of the audio.
If it does not solve the issue please contact us again and specify, whether the audio plays back in full length in players on your PC.
Best regards
