Hi,
Just bought the AVS Video Converter and it loads everything and converts to DVD "Except MP4"? I have Windows 7 and this was the main reason for getting this and that was for converting a MP4 format to DVD. Can anybody please help me? Many thanks and God Bless,

Hi,
First of all, please make sure you use the latest version of AVS Video Converter 8.2.1.525.

If the problem persists, please try to play the input file on your computer to see if it is read correctly. Could you also specify the origin of your input file and the error message you get when you try to convert it.

Artic, Did you ever get your problem solved/ I have a similar problem. I try to convert a MP4 file and video converter says "File does not exist. I can play the file and use other software to convert it.

i have the same problem too.
the file is played well on other programs.

Please set appropriate language for non-Unicode programs in Windows settings:
Control Panel -> Clock and Region -> Region -> Administrative -> Current language for non-Unicode programs
and restart Windows for the changes to take effect.
