Dear Johnrobey,

Please specify the name of the file you are trying to convert and where on your PC it is located.

Try to rename the file and the folder using Latin syllables and numerals, place the input file onto your hard drive (desktop), inform about the result.

Thank you for the information.

Kind regards

I have a video that I am trying to edit and convert to MWV9 on AVS 12.6 with multiple other videos however only one sends back an error message and dosen't get added. I have also tried to play the video independent of AVS and it sends back an error code as well.

I am using a HP Envy X360 and I am using Windows 11.

The video is named RecO0021 in a 16 GB Micro SD card from KIOXIA EXCERIA. Also I have used both this SD card and the same converter type with this before but this is the first time i have had this problem.
