I have been using AVS Video Convertor for a last few month with out any problems. Today I couldn't convert videos do to internal error :code 12.
What should I do to fix this problem? Please help.

I have the same problem... sent question to support service but nos answer yet. When received, I'll come back here to transmit the information.

First I'd recomend to reinstall the software and download latest versions from our web page

Please, make sure that you have enough free space on the system and output partitions both.
Try changing the output directory.

i have the same problem reloaded software, rebooted PC still internal error code 12. Was working fine for years now broke. Sent emails to support no response.

Dear user,

Please try to change the location of your output file to some other folder on your hard drive (with enough space on it), as well as the temporary directory by clicking on Settings button on the top toolbar of AVS Video Converter - choose Environment tab - see the screenshot attached.

The error message may appear due to the fact that you do not have enough free disk space on your hard drive.

Please inform about the result.
