I am a BIG FAN of AVS I am having all the multimedia product with "Unlimited registration license". I am using from 2008. I have never ever seen AVS support reply any of my question till date.. this 2012...., Forget about 24 hrs...

I'm a teacher and I need these products. I registered years ago for the unlimited products and now my hard drive has died. It was not able to be saved and I had to buy a new laptop. I have emailed and put in for a support request, but so far no response. School is starting and I have no access to my programs. I'm desperate to get this resolved so I can get my work done.

I'm experiencing the total absence of support now! I have wrote several mail to support for a problem on activation (reactivation?) and no response....
Suddenly (I have bought a illimitate licence, I never installed AVS programs on more than one Pc - this Pc, on my licence page may licence is signed like "Active" in green) the AVS program tell me that licence has expired or that I violated the licence terms with installation on multiple Pcs (What PCs?), I tried to reinstall AVS programs, I deleted the licence file from the folder AVS (as suggested in activation issues), I request again my licence number ( it was resent quickly): nothing is happened, I cannot reactivate my programs! I wrote to support and nothing.... only silence. What can I do? I try the forum too...

Is there anybody out there? I have just transferred my hard disk to a new computer, and I have used the support form to let AVS know this and my change of email address - but there is absolutely no response! This is a pity as I have had no problems with using the software up to now - it has been good. However my lifetime subscription is useless to me unless I can get some response to reactivate my software. This is shabby. Please can someone respond and help my get this up and running again?

I also havent had any support from any one at AVS team
im extremely desperate to get this project finished by the weekend & its making me seriously anxious.
does any one know why the disk menu & chapters aren't being produced with the other material...??? any help will be so appreciated thanks in advance!!!

Given that I have not used the software since 2011 and no longer have those computers that were replaced over the years by this one, I need help activating my code. I have an unlimited active subscription and have been kindly begging for assistance the last 8 hours as I am working on a annual video for my daughter's birthday. We do one every year and I am down to 7 days to finish. It wont take me long, but I need to be able to use the software I purchased. If I had it on other computers, I honestly wouldn't be here begging for help. Support request have been entered. A total number of 4 over the last 8 hours. Please help!!!!
