I'm experiencing the total absence of support now! I have wrote several mail to support for a problem on activation (reactivation?) and no response....
Suddenly (I have bought a illimitate licence, I never installed AVS programs on more than one Pc - this Pc, on my licence page may licence is signed like "Active" in green) the AVS program tell me that licence has expired or that I violated the licence terms with installation on multiple Pcs (What PCs?), I tried to reinstall AVS programs, I deleted the licence file from the folder AVS (as suggested in activation issues), I request again my licence number ( it was resent quickly): nothing is happened, I cannot reactivate my programs! I wrote to support and nothing.... only silence. What can I do? I try the forum too...
