Hi,

I for one think that Video Editor is nowhere near suitable as an authoring tool. AVS should re-instate DVD Authoring giving the developers more time to incorporate the features into Video Editor.

Even as an end of the line product, with limited support only, this would allow a better transition to Video Editor, your taken the move too soon.

I still use DVD Authoring, it does have it quirks but it is much better, we currently have an important issue with image importing if you use newer software as well, possible due to a Video Editor 6 upgrade. Your find another thread about this with a possible user work around for those interested.

In the meantime, AVS please re-instate DVD Authoring until the Video Editor catches up.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. It's very important for us. But, as I have already explained in the topic, we have stopped developing AVS DVD Authoring and will not return it, as it conflicts with new versions of AVS programs. We apologize if it may be of any inconvenience.

Best regards.
