Totally ridiculous and time consuming!!!!!!!!!! And now I can't even get a support form to open in the support area!!!!!!!~!~! I did what was asked--deleted ALL programs from computer---ALL regedit entries--ALL and reinstalled ringtone maker and STILL get "division by zero" and will not work......

Does anyone know what the hell is going on!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure what problem you have opening support form in support area... are not you able to login?
