Hello,

Thank you for the files submitted.

We have tested them carefully, but, unfortunately, were not able to reproduce the problem.

We are kindly asking you to submit us more files:
1) Longer sample from your source blu-ray movie ( about 1 gb by size).
2) The same 1 gb sample but from resulted movie.

You can extract the files with the utility which has been already provided to you.

Thank you in advance for the files and for your cooperation. And sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Kind regards.

As for the second file. Do you still have input movie which you converted?

Do you want the converted or not converted. I can't cut the un converted file. It won't show when I browse.

Is it a video you used to convert from (the source video?)?
Please specify to what format you convert it then and what settings you select.

If it is the video created (converted) using AVS Video Converter please send the input file to our FTP server.

We greatly appreciate your help.

I can't cut the input file to shorten it, because the program won't see it.
Also, I can't upload in the FTP server I always get an error.

Are you trying to convert video from a BlueRay disk?

If you are, please go to BDMV > STREAM folder on the disk, you will find several .m2ts files in there.
Some of them do not contain any video data and can not be played on any PC Player.
The biggest in size .m2ts file from this folder contains main video, other .m2ts files that are less in size may contain extras from the disk.
So please try to convert one of .m2ts files with extras (that are not very big) and if the problem remains in those files also, you can try to send one of them to us (make sure .m2ts file contains video before importing it to AVS Video Converter).

phongtien4:
I can't upload in the FTP server I always get an error.
If you mean the error message: 'Critical error, Could not connect to server' you mentioned in your previous post, that problem occurs due to the fact that you copied and pasted the password to log in to FTP server with a gap, thus an additional character caused the error.

Best regards
