Thanks for the info. This is a REALLY big need for me, personally. Without this in place, I'm going to have to use a different DVD authoring program, which stinks because the other program is far more limited in what it can do than DVD Authoring.

Do you have an vague time frame of when this functionality will be added? (ie, in two months? 6 months? etc.)

Unfortunately, not. It might take a couple of months or even more.
We will drop a note in the News/Announcements section as soon as this functionality is added.

I appreciate the update. I'm really looking forward to this function being added as I love the other AVS programs
that I've used and it looks like DVD authoring will really give me a lot of control over my menu creation.

Unfortunately for now release of a new version of AVS DVD Authoring is not expected very soon, thus we can not tell you when the feature will be available. But our developers are working on this issue now and we'll inform you in the News/Announcements section as soon as this functionality is added.

I hope it is ready soon. I could really use that.

Any plans to add this feature soon? I really hope so because until this is added I can't use this software for my projects. I've had to settle for far inferior software packages because they have this basic feature. Everything else about your DVD authoring is so great, I just need this piece added in to be able to use it!

This morning worked long time on chapter actions buttons function and unable to make the clip return to menu after playing. Very dissappointed to find after coming to forum that a return-to-menu doesn't exist.
I wanted to use AVS because it allows for video motion clips on both the menu page background and on menu buttons at same time (some programs don't allow this).
But will scrap project and look elsewhere because I really need (as others apparently also do) that function of returning after playing to menu page or to the previous page from which it originated.
