I have had problems with burning and verification and was looking at the AVS4YOU log files
(datawriter.log and coredw.log) and have a couple of questions..

1. The log files indicate that my operating system is Windows XP when it is Windows7..

2. How come there are no time stamps in the log files?

We do not provide any information as regards contents of our .log files, they are created solely for our developers to be analysed on demand.

No, this is just an error in the log files which will be corrected soon.
