Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library
Runtime error
Abnormal termination

It happens when i try to make a dvd out of video clips. It gets down to about 97% complete. Like it is about to write to DvD.
Any suggestions?

Those are the only error codes i have seen.

First we`d recommend you to download the latest version of AVS DVD Authoring released lately. Use the following link.

If this does not help, please zip and attach your project file here (the one with the .vep4 extension). We will analyse it and try to find a possible solution to the problem.

Hope to hear from you soon

Was there a solution as I am getting the error only at 16 percent?

Are you using the latest version of AVS DVD Authoring? If not, please update the program.
If this does not help, please specify which files are used in your project: specify their format, describe your actions step by step. Also attach a screenshot of the error and your PC configuration specifying the OS installed on your PC.

Hope to hear from you soon

Unfortunately, the project files you have attached cannot be opened. We'd recommend zipping them first.
Have you tried updating the program? Please download the program anew following this link. If this does not help, please describe your actions step by step when creating the project and attach your PC configuration.

Hope to hear from you soon

Dear user,

Please try to repair AVS files:

1. Close all AVS programs and other running applications.
2. Copy the following link to the address bar of My computer window and press <Enter>:

If you run 32bit PC: %COMMONPROGRAMFILES%\AVSMedia\ActiveX\Repairing.exe
If you run 64bit PC: %COMMONPROGRAMFILES(x86)%\AVSMedia\ActiveX\Repairing.exe

If some of the .dlls are not registered, please make a screenshot of the Repair window showing those files and send it to us.

Try to provide some additional information about the error:
- describe your actions step by step, specify the moment the problem occurs;
- specify the format of the file you are trying to convert and its origin;
- specify to which format you convert and which presets you select.

Thank you for the information.

Kind regards
