I know it's too late to answer, but it's the answer for other people who have just encountered this problem and come to this post to solve their problem.
This problem also happened to me. This was due to used of non-Latin letters in the file name. So try to completely change the file name and use standard and Latin letters.
If your problem has not been solved yet, then the cause of your problem is something else.
