Your video file seems to be split into several files and put into an archive. You need to join them first using the same program used to split the file. Or you might need to use a zip program, such as WinRar.

Basically,.rec files are not supported by our software, however, we are constantly improving our programs, so it`d be great if you sent us an example of such file for testing. I will contact you on the support page.

I am uploading two files:

HD = HDTV Recording
SD = Digital TV Recording

The files should be ready tomorrow morning on you ftpserver

I found out that the converting is different between HDTV and standard digital TV.
eg. I could convert HDTV files with the software "Super" but not the standard digital TV files.

Looking forward to your feedback

many thanks

Yes, I did. The files have been forwarded to our developers.

They say, we are planning to support such files (like HD.001, HD.002, HD.rec, SD.rec) within the next versions of the program. This is just the question of time.

Best regards
