I've found that the Video Editor only uses about 4GB of ram ( 64bit ) max and validated that most from the performance monitor on windows.
Is there a way to get it to use more than just 4GB ? Unless I'm completely mistaken ? Even though my system has 9GB free to use, the Video Editor never really uses more than 4GB. I recently added memory to my laptop and I'm kind of surprised that the program is coded to only address that size.
