When trying to convert my BD of Dead Poets Society to an mp4 it get the following error message:

The following errors occurred while opening files: 00000.m2ts - file format error

The copyright protection has been removed so that is not causing me any problems. Any suggestions?

Dear user,

Can you playback the video file you need to convert on any of your PC Players without any problems?

Please try to import INDEX.BDMV from BDMV folder from your disk to AVS Video Converter and inform about the result.

Yes the video plays just fine on the PC.

When I tried to import index.bdmv I get a file access error.

This looks like a unique issue. Do we need to install a plugin here so it would work with m2ts?
