I've already written support.
I get this error immediately on trying to open the software and use it for the first time.
I see this was an error back in 2008 with no solution posted.

I expect a solution immediately, or a refund if I can't use what I purchased.

Additionally, only the Video decoder is "checked" as installed.
If I don't have this resolution by my time morning I'll plan to pursue a credit.

I fixed it myself, without support.
For Other users, see old post recommending de-install C+++.
Then re-install this product.
