I'm getting a framerate error for one of my clips. My project is 30 fps and the clip that I want to add is 25 fps. I've tried using video editor and remaker but can't find the utility to change the framerate. I have the full set of video tools.

what do i use and where do i find it?

Hello,

Please note, that you can change the frame rate for the output files in the advanced section. Please find the instruction for AVS Video Editor.

If it doesn't resolve the issue, please describe the situation in detail attaching screenshots.
Best regards!

Thanks so much for your expertise. I was unable to find the advanced section. A search of the AVS video editing material rendered "use an advanced timeline or a storyboard for accurate editing, easy and clear navigation and video effects application" without help. But I was able to change the framerate with other software that I have. Unfortunatdly I'm still not able to get Video Remaker to accept one important video file for USB stick.

AVS Video Remaker continues to return error messages. Please see the attached image. Thank you again for your continued expertise.

Yes, that worked and I appreciate your help.

Is there anything that I can do/fix without deleting all of the AVS programs and my inputs? I'm concerned that whatever bug(s) remain in the software may cause the same problem in the future and I won't know if it's me or the software. I'm fairly proficient with PC and I'd much rather backup and e.g. fix registry entries instead of the global deletion/reinstall that you sugggest.
