i want to create chapter points manually in my custom video project using dvd authoring. as you can see from the attached image, i have a chapter button wizard button, but the other three (create, delete, and delete all) buttons are nowhere to be seen. how do i get them to appear? attached is a screenshot of my dvd project in dvd authoring. my product is licensed, and is version 1.3.2.40 which appears to be the latest one available.

If you would like to create menu and chapters for your DVD movie using AVS DVD Authoring, please start a project by clicking on File > New Project. When you choose to create New Custom Project a project of another type will take place where chapters are not presented.
