Have not used this program much so this is new to me. My goal is to convert an ISO file to MP4 for playback of my Windows 10 PC and on a Samsung TV using a USB drive. Tried it a couple of times with different formats like Normal PC and Apple i-pad to see if any difference. Nope. Video is all pixilated and there is no audio . I have not ventured into advanced setting as I have no clue what to change.
Hints would be appreciated as I want to learn!!
Thanks: Al.

Please just try to temporarily select another decoder for that input MPEG-2 video:
Settings -> Acceleration -> Intel Media decoder (Hardware - if supported, Software or Disabled).
And there is audio data in your output MP4 video file. Why did you say "there is no audio"? )

Didn't hear audio at this end; made changes as suggested by Help desk. This test is likely going to be too large. Why can I not opt for MP4 instead of mpeg-2. Friends who sent me mp4 files via Dropbox have the file set up as 1080P which is my goal. Learning a lot.
