Video Editor 9.1 hangs every time I attempt to import a file, and now I can't even attempt to close the app without it hanging.
I'm running win10, and everything is up to date. I will attach the last couple of windows events associated with the hangs.
Any help would be gratefully accepted.

First of all, please check this option:
Settings -> Preview -> Video rendering = "Use video buffer" (recommended for Windows 10).

Also you need to check the decoder settings:
Settings -> Acceleration .

It is important to properly configure decoding depending on the PC configuration and settings in the Windows system.

Please specify your PC configuration (CPU, video cards).
