Hi Nat,
I have had a problem since 28th April [3 half weeks] and I seem to get very slow replies from support.
Days and day go by while i can not use my video editor.
I think I have been very patient but feel that have not been getting a good service from my lifetime support.
I need a working Video editor and to test my windows 10 PC I have tested quite a few free to download Video editors and they have all worked ok
How do I go about getting a refund for my licence?
