All of a sudden the eyedropper selection tool in Chromakey doesn't recognize any of the colors. I'll hover over green and the selection color appears as black. It was working fine a few days ago and all of a sudden it won't work. I haven't changed anything on my PC.

Please try to change the type of video rendering:
Settings -> Preview -> Video rendering = Use video buffer.

Also you can try to change the using of Intel Media decoder:
Settings -> Acceleration -> Intel Media decoder -> Type -> Auto / Hardware / Software / Disabled.
Settings -> Acceleration -> Intel Media decoder -> Mode = Preview and conversion
