Thank you for the details. We have done some testing according to the information you have provided, but actually have not managed to reproduce the problem.
Therefore we would ask you to do the following:
1. Install
AVS Audio Editor on your PC and try using the record feature to check up whether the problem persists here as well;
2. Please choose the following format during recording:
WAV, 44100Hz, 2 channels, 16 bit;
3. Check up all the connections to make sure that the cords do not come off during recording;
4. Do not launch any other programs during recording - the problem might be that there is some program running which requires a lot of memory and prevents from recording correctly;
5. Please launch Task Manager, then start recording and after a while make the following two screenshots: the first one with the
Perfomance tab and the second one with the
Processes tab (the last one should show AVSAudioRecorder.exe, as well as CPU, Mem Usage, VM Size). Please attach them here.
We really hope this information will clear up the issue.
