When I import a video from my Sony DSC-H10 camera, I take the video in 640(Fine) mode. Whenever I zoom in at 10, the effect is awesome, but it's so blurry, it's useless. What can I do about the blurry thing?

Zoom effect decrease the quality of the video file as the input file is only 640x480.

Please try to do the following: press the Edit button on the top toolbar - choose Settings - Processing section - in Resize choose Super.

Please save the video selecting 640x480 frame size and input file bitrate for the output. You can do it by clicking on the Advanced button after selecting the format. To check the input file bitrate please right click on the file while in media library - choose Properties.
